successful member application.

Notes
- Nomination fee is $5. Key deposit is $5 which is refundable on key return
- 6 Monthly VMAA/MAAA reduction applied in quarter 3&4. Note these fee's would only apply to a new member to flying, (ie never affiliated with the VMAA/MAAA before) or to a previous affiliated member that has not been a member for the past 12 months.
- Junior must be under 18 years old as at 1st July
